Yes. Refunds use Shopify's own refund on the original order, exchanges create a real Shopify order for the replacement, and store credit is a Shopify discount code or native store credit.
There is no card payment to refund, so you can offer store credit or an exchange, or collect bank details for a manual transfer. Bank details are encrypted before they are stored.
Each item a customer submits for return or exchange, including requests your staff create from the admin.
We email you at 90%. At the limit the portal pauses and asks customers to email you, until you buy a pack, raise the limit or change plan. It reopens on its own at the next billing cycle.
Yes. A refund made through Returns is a normal Shopify refund, so GST Invoice raises the credit note for it automatically.
